VENDOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to Sales point.com.ng These Vendor Terms and Conditions, govern your access to our e-commerce platform (https://Salespoint.com.ng) as a seller or vendor. By registering as a Vendor, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not register or sell products on the Platform.
VENDOR ELIGIBILITY
To become a vendor. vou must:
* Be at least 18 years old.
* Have a valid Business Name Registration or Valid Nin
* Must Have a Valid and working Bank Account.
* Comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws
* We reserve the right to approve or reject any Vendor's application at our sole discretion.
VENDOR OBLIGATIONS
As a Vendor, you agree to:
*Provide Accurate Information*
Ensure all product listings, pricing, stock availability, and descriptions are accurate and up-to-date.
Product Quality & Authenticity
Only sell genuine, legally acquired products. Counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited items are strictly forbidden.
Order Fulfillment
Ship orders within the specified time frame and provide valid tracking information
Compliance with Policies
Follow all Platform rules, including those regarding product categories, promotions, and pricing.
FEES AND PAYMENTS
* The Plattorm may charge commissions, transaction fees, o subscription fees as specified in your Vendor dashboard or agreement
* Payouts will be made to your registered bank account after deduction of applicable fees, taxes, and returns. The Platform reserves the right to withhold or adjust payments for refunds, disputes, or fraudulent activity.
* Payments to vendors are to be completed before 48 hours.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You grant the Plattorm a non-exclusive, rovalty-tree license to use your trademarks, product images, and descriptions for the purpose of marketing and operating the Platform.
You confirm that all materials you upload are owned by you or that you have legal rights to use them.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Vendors must not:
Sell counterfeit, stolen, or restricted items.
Engage in price manipulation, fake reviews, or deceptive marketing.
Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
Circumvent Platform payment or commission systems.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Vendors must comply with our standard return and refund policies.
If a customer requests a return or refund due to your error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), you are responsible for all associated costs.
SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your Vendor account without notice if:
* You breach these Terms.
You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.
Your actions harm our customers, reputation, or business.
You may terminate your Vendor account at any time with written notice, provided all pending orders are fulfilled and dues cleared.
CONFIDENTIALITY

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Nigeria
Any disputes arising shall be resolved through
